Office Executive
Position Overview
An Office Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, supporting office staff, managing documentation, and maintaining efficient workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations, files, and documentation.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication support.
• Prepare reports, letters, and official drafts.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment logs, and inventory records.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support HR, accounts, and management with administrative tasks.
• Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
• Ensure office cleanliness, discipline, and workflow efficiency.
• Assist in vendor coordination and basic procurement tasks.
Skills Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good typing speed and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment: printers, scanners, etc.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Qualification
• Graduate in any stream (preferred).
• Candidates with a computer diploma or administrative experience will be prioritized.
Experience
• 0–3 years in office administration, front-desk, or back-office roles.
Salary
• ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 (based on skills and experience).
Work Location
• SSPL Corporate Office or Project Sites (as assigned).
