Refunds
All payments made for premium services, job postings, resume access, or subscriptions on SSPL are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors directly attributable to SSPL.
Product & Service Delivery
SSPL provides digital services only. Upon successful payment, services such as job postings, employer dashboards, resume access, or premium job seeker features are activated electronically. SSPL does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
Product Updates
SSPL reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice to improve performance, security, or user experience.
Modifications to Terms
